Our Services. Cleaning Services delivers Deep Cleaning, Move-In Cleaning, Move-Out Cleaning, Post-Construction Cleaning, Window Cleaning, Carpet Cleaning, Upholstery Cleaning, Bathroom Cleaning. Site content is for informational purposes only and is not a guarantee of availability or pricing.

Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.

Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.

Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.

Damages. Cleaning Services is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cleaning Services from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under GA law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in GA for any related dispute.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
